The Milkweed Collective of Prince Edward County
The Milkweed Collective delivers the Exploring Creativity In Depth program in schools, for grades 1 – 8. In an atmosphere that is relaxed and supportive, but also structured, participants activate their creative imaginations to produce their own, original pictures, poems and stories. The Milkweed program promotes self-awareness, self-esteem, enthusiasm for art and respect for artists.

The MILKWEED COLLECTIVE OF PEC is looking for local artists to expand their team of facilitators so that they can offer the EXPLORING CREATIVITY IN DEPTH ® program in our schools and our community.
This experiential workshop is about Creativity, Imagination, Play and Community and is an exploration of the creative process. In a relaxed and supportive atmosphere and with exercises that activate the imagination, you will use oil pastels, words and stories to access your inner artist.
